The Canadian Brand IBC plans to integrate the Canadian Brand, a powerful symbol for the world, into this project. Peace, socially liberal, political and financial stability, freedom of opportunity, freedom of religion, tolerance, multiculturalism, environmental activism, health and wellness, and friendliness are just a few of the values that the Canadian flag represents around the world. It will be the Cornell Gates project’s identity.
Construction Financing via Club Concept Selling, in the 1st phase, 10,000 club memberships at $99,000 each payable over 36 months with financing from the bank will finance the construction of the project. The physical location of the club will attract brand names in various industries such as Armani, Porsche, Apple. The membership will also allow club members to enjoy access to 500 other locations worldwide on a reciprocal basis until such time this property is ready for use. Visit the Club/Timeshare/Fractional Ownership page of our website for more information on what the club would include.
Canadian Immigration & Relocation All club members will be provided with Canadian Immigration & Relocation services free of cost with direct access to professional consultants to assist them to apply for Canadian immigration and relocation advice. This will enable them to smoothly transition their lives, families, businesses and resources to Canada. This will be a “one-stop shop” to get them successfully settled in Canada.
Philanthropic Branding of the Project IBC is one of the few Canadian companies registered under this program. Through an allocation of a percentage of our profits from our real estate projects and business ventures, the company will initiate new projects under the UN Global Compact umbrella as well as UNACTO to develop a Markham Chapter with free office and promotional space at this project. The sponsor of the project, Firoz Shroff , has been mentor, Pro-Team Chairman, President, and new Board director of UNACTO – United Nations association of Canada Toronto Branch.
Educational Branding An eco-friendly/sustainable project like Cornell Gates can also become an educational tool for the younger generation by replicating nature's lifecycle in a controlle, indoor environment. Our buildings will literally be living machines, enabling Cornell Gates to be a largely self-sustaining development. We will invite schools, students, families, politicians, scientists, and business people alike to visit Cornell Gates and see what is possible to make our world a "greener place". All the green technologies used within the project will become an object of study attracting various age groups. As the entire development will qualify for LEED certification, Cornell Gates can be a showcase for the following technologies:
