The entire development will qualify for LEED certification. We plan to incorporate the following technologies: 1. Use of eco-friendly cleaning supplies. 2. Energy-efficient lighting with automatic switch-off. 3. Maple gym floor. 4. Radiant subfloor heating. 5. Chilled beams (a sophisticated, highly efficient and fan-free alternative to standard air conditioning) for cooling. 6. On-site sewage treatment plant with re-use of grey water internally. 7. Ground-source heat pump, with some use of solar, wind and fuel-cell technologies. |
