Furthermore, designation for the land with the Town of Markham has already been approved under the town’s Secondary Plan, and it has the support of the current mayor, local town councillors, and the adjacent hospital. The IBC team is working on the built-design form and looking to file an application with the town between first and second quarter of 2009.
