Cornell Gates will have three levels of underground parking for a total of 4000 parking spaces. It will serve both our project and the Markham Stouffville Hospital.
In order to create more traffic and turn the parking into an attraction, the middle of it will be hollow in order for a water park to be built. The excitement of visiting our project will start from the bottom up. The water park will go as high as the 3 levels of parking plus 3 levels of retailing for a total of 60 feet height.
The opportunity is for either a parking management company to acquire the entire parking lot and manage it, or for the accredited investor to acquire at least a parking space that will be managed by a management company with whom it will share the profits.
IBC’s aggressive marketing strategy will generate additional revenue for the parking spaces through advertising, events and contests, revenue that will be shared three ways: management company, investors and IBC.
