Our Vision

Based on IBC’s extensive global market research, we found that there is an increasing need for communities that support healthy living lifestyles.

IBC and its visionary team plan to develop the flagship location for an Integrated Creative, Eco-friendly, Health & Wellness Club and Community in Canada on 20 acres of high density, mixed-use land and build a permanent experience and lifestyle destination. This concept will be franchised globally to develop similar facilities both in vertical and horizontal form in joint ventures with landowners.

It will be the first development of its kind that brings and promotes a holistic approach to health - from a physical, mental, entertainment, and spiritual perspective. It is a live, work, shop, learn, entertain, and play approach to a ”longevity lifestyle”.

This lifestyle concept will encourage multigenerational living. Children, parents, and grandparents will be able to live in the same community without encroaching on the privacy of each age group.   The central areas of the community - squares, parks, retail, cinemas, museums, and cultural centre - will serve as a focal point for families.
