Many studies have been done over the years which prove that entertainment, happiness and fun are important parts of life! So why don't we build our buildings with this in mind?

At Cornell Gates, Entertainment, Fun, and Happiness is being built in from day one!

Several options exist for this component of the project.

• A number of smaller theatres for movies and live stage productions
• Indoor/Outdoor space for concert events (i.e. Just For Laughs, Jazz Festivals, etc.)
• Indoor Ice Rinks
• Natural Spaces throughout the project

Generally this component will be integrated into several facilities with a philosophy to provide entertainment and happiness to all residents & visitors to Cornell Gates, thus improving the mental and physical health for residents and visitors alike!
