The construction of the project will be financed primarily by selling, in the 1st phase, 10,000 club memberships at $99,000 each (payable over 36 months with bank financing) generating nearly one billion dollars of revenue. These memberships will also allow club members to enjoy access to over 500 other club locations worldwide on a reciprocal basis until such time as Cornell Gates is ready for use.

Essentially, our members are paying for premium access to the products and services at Cornell Gates, as well as several members-only areas and amenities both domestically and internationally.

For example, Canadian Immigration & Relocation services will be facilitated free of cost to all members. Cornell Gates will provide direct access to professional consultants to assist them to apply for Canadian immigration and relocation advice. This will enable them to smoothly transition their lives, families, businesses and resources to Canada. This will be a “one-stop shop” to get them successfully settled in Canada, saving them thousands of hours and thousands of dollars. Instead of trying to find the best services, we will connect them to the best services to get them established in Canada faster.

In addition to that, the club will provide priority access to virtually any products or services our members could require. Whether it currently exists or not, we will include them in our "menu of 999 services" that our club will provide!

Services will include (but are not limited to):

• Airport arrival and departure services
• Autoshare for access to luxury vehicles while visiting Cornell Gates
• Canadian address, phone number, full office services, and mail redirect facility
• Information, advice, and consulting services from Cornell Gates Business and Investment Advisory Centre on-site and available 24/7 online or by phone.
• Access to Foreign language interpreters
• Access to discrete & effective personal assistants
• Introduction to banks, solictors, accountants, stock consultants
• Access to elegantly appointed offices and conferences rooms for your use.
• Access to the on-site luxury spa
• An introduction to the best night spots and restaurants that Toronto has to offer.
