Luxury Eco-Friendly Wellness Hotel As the Cornell community grows and gets built out, a need has been identified to have a hotel that not only services tourists and visitors to Cornell Gates and the Greater Toronto Area, but also to service those individuals who may have a family member receiving treatment at the adjacent hospital or at a private facility at Cornell Gates. This luxury, eco-friendly wellness hotel will also service the planned nearby business park. With no hotel remotely close, this is a tremendous joint venture opportunity! This hotel will be unique in that it will be eco-friendly and will focus on the wellness of it's patients. For example blood pressure machines, diabetic kits, and other medical diagnostic equipment will be present in every room. Also, the hotel room's television set and the hotel's website will teach you how to interpret the results, and give you advice and encouragement as to how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Luxury Residential Condos Cornell Gates will also have several luxury residential condo buildings, with many of the same amenities of the Eco-Friendly Wellness Hotel. These will serve to compliment the retail and social components of the project by having an on-site consumer base 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
In turn, by having the residential piece integrated with the development, it provides convenience for the residents who choose to live in this community, and gives them access to more services whenever they need them.
